Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
